At Latrobe Community Health Service we're committed to ensuring that our graduates receive the support and tools they need to become confident, reflective and effective interdisciplinary clinicians.
As part of the Graduate Program you will have access to: On site supervision with access to a senior clinician every dayInterprofessional CPD opportunities within your first yearUpwards of 12 hours of interprofessional education within your first yearMinimum of 10 days interprofessional exposure to alternative programs within LCHS1:1 mentoring with clinical leadsCareer Progression opportunitiesAs an Occupational Therapist in: IPHS Gippsland you will be working across the community, attending clients' homes to assess how they can manage their day-to-day activities.
Assessments are 1:1 and can occur onsite or within clients' homes.
As a member of our team, you will have access to a team with diverse allied health knowledge to support you in your new graduate role.

In the Paediatric team, you will deliver both 1:1 and group assessments, supporting children who have mild to moderate needs in their development in a range of areas.
Paediatric and Youth Hub you will work closely with a children's speech pathologist to deliver both 1:1 and group assessments, supporting children who have mild to moderate needs in communication, sensory processing, fine motor skills, and gross motor skills.
