Work in a collaborative & supportive team environmentEstablished Not-For-Profit organisation with an award-winning cultureAbove Award rates, access to NFP Salary Packaging & access to additional days of leaveABOUT THE ROLE:This position will provide high-quality relationship counselling services to clients, including families, couples and individuals, with an emphasis on the impact of the presenting issues on the family and/or relationship. This role will also facilitate group programs, seminars, and workshops, and provide case planning and management processes with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.Along with the relevant qualifications, your passion and experience in providing relationship counselling services, reflective practice and having good foundational skills in using technology - including a client management system and zoom, will see you succeed in this role.The position will be required to deliver face to face relationship counselling services from our Port Macquarie office, with occasional travel to our Taree office.Fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026, working 30 hours per week with occasional evening work up until 8pm.This position is in line with a SCHADS Award Level 5, the current hourly rate is $53.24ph, plus 11.5% superannuation.ABOUT US:Interrelate is a not-for-profit provider of relationship and family support services. Relevant Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in counselling, psychology, social work or related discipline; OR a Graduate Diploma in counselling in addition to a Bachelor degree that is not a related discipline.2. Demonstrated experience and skills in:delivering counselling services to one or more of the following - individuals, couples, families and childrencase work with clients, implementing and supporting case plansfacilitating groups, seminars, and workshopssolutions focused and interpersonal communication skillsreport writing, case notes, data collection, and data entryworking with online systems and technology, such as a CRM (Client Relationship Management) System and Zoom.3.
