Assistant Accountant

Mount Hospital is currently seeking a casual Assistant Accountant to work in our small, friendly finance team.
This position reports to an Accountant and will suit the candidate with demonstrated experience working in a dynamic environment with accuracy, attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Key functions include: Preparation of AP invoice processing, vendor managementMonthly journals, balance sheet reconciliationsSundry invoicing, debtors follow-up, credit card allocationsOther ad-hoc tasks as allocatedAbout You You will be a great team player who is willing to learn and enjoys working in a supportive multidisciplinary team.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Prior experience in a similar roleAccounts payable and Accounts Receivable experienceDemonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as a part of a teamProficiency with Excel and technology One or equivalent ERP systemAbout Us Located near King's Park, Mount Private Hospital is Western Australia's leading private provider of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery supported by the largest private Critical Care Unit (CCU).
