Di Lizio & Associates is a small law firm (some would say "boutique") located in the heart of Hurstville NSW 2220.The firm provides legal assistance to clients in the areas of Family Law, Conveyancing, Litigation, Debt recovery, Wills, Probate, Estate disputes and other areas.We are looking for enthusiastic PLT Applicants to commence immediately.
You need to be available between 2 and 3 days per week.
The successful candidate will be mentored by experienced solicitors.
Some of the tasks will include:Various general office duties and taking phone calls;Client interviewing;Drafting affidavits and court documents;Drafting correspondence;Attending court and mediations;File management;Utilizing Smokeball software system;Legal research.Selection Criteria:Good people skills;High levels of professional integrity;Capacity to follow instructions;Able to work independently;Strong written & oral communication skills;Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese very desirable.This is an unpaid position but we are confident you will gain a wealth of practical legal experience.Please email your CV and cover letter to .#J-18808-Ljbffr
