Help & Advice Customer Service Consultant About the role We are seeking a Help & Advice Customer Service Consultant responsible for advising and assisting customers via phone, email, and Live Chat (including various digital platforms and social networks) on our range of market leading Dulux decorative paint products.
This is an opportunity with real variety.
In this role, you will be providing our customers with product and colour information, establishing customer requirements for lead generation, and support on providing advice to help bring customers' projects to life.
This is a real consumer-focused role so to succeed you'll need to have an excellent phone manner and the confidence to deal with a variety of different enquiries with ease.
You'll be joining a close-knit team, so a positive approach to teamwork is a must.
You will be comfortable with using technology and a range of different systems, embrace change and multi-tasks without difficulty.
