We are well-funded, ranked #1 on G2, have a fantastic team culture built on our values, are growing rapidly, and making a global impact.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to lead the management and maintenance of our Entra/Azure based infrastructure.In this role, you will oversee internal network operations, proactively identify and escalate issues, and manage network and device-related challenges. You'll implement security enhancements, collaborate with external vendors, and contribute to designing and developing a strategic roadmap to meet future infrastructure needs.About youBalance Security, Maintainability and User Needs — You know how to balance user needs with security and maintainability and can communicate risks and potential issues to non-technical stakeholders.Work effectively as part of a team — You understand the need to build relationships and trust across the organization. You work closely with other teams to understand current and future needs.Autonomy — You are inherently curious, focused on continual learning and faced with challenges and direction rather than predefined solutions.Own your work — You take pride in your work, feeling a deep sense of responsibility for the products we develop and ensuring we keep our customers' valuable data secure.Bring your passion and personality — Your creativity, curiosity, and authentic self make the team stronger.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and resolve issues proactively — Take initiative in spotting and addressing network and identity-related challenges.Administer identity and workspace systems — Manage and secure Microsoft Entra, Okta, and Google Workspace environments.Manage policies for users, devices, and EDR — Establish and refine security-focused policies through Intune, JAMF MDM, and EDR tools.Implement security best practices and monitor systems — Collaborate with the Security team to implement best practices across Internal IT.Shape a strategic roadmap and foster vendor relationships — Work with external technology vendors and shape a strategic infrastructure roadmap.5+ years experience in a Network Administrator role across the majority of the following areas:Microsoft Azure and EntraID/Active directory administrationWindows Server Administration (Windows Server 2022) and working knowledge of Linux based OS administrationGoogle Workspace AdministrationGroup Policy and Device management via IntuneImplementing security focused detectionsPowershell and Bash scriptingExperience working with logging and analytics toolingKnowledge of networking, DNS, routing, subnets, firewalls, VPNs, Virtualization, Containers, access control and familiarity with security best practicesOkta Workforce Identity Administration would be highly regardedRelevant vendor certifications e.g. Microsoft and AWSJAMF (MDM for MacOS devices)Karbon embraces diversity and inclusion, aligning with our values as a business.
