About the job GE PowerOn Advantage Solution ArchitectJob Description for GE PowerOn Advantage Solution Architect for Perth LocationFunctional / Technical knowledge on the following:Power Utilities SCADA Architecture deploymentPoA integrations SystemKnowledge of IBM ACE, SOAP webserviceTesting of PoA functionalitiesGood experience in PowerOn Advantage application and deployment of various componentsNetwork configuration of SCADA, DMS, OMS in PoAExperience in deploying at least 5 POA systems in Power UtilitiesDetailed understanding of PoA architecture and its componentsExperience in integrating PoA with OT applications like GIS, WFM, PI Historian and other corporate application systemsCapability to provide guidance in defining solution architecture considering integration of PoA with external systemsSetup of PoA Application and Database server, reports server, FEP server, Historian database and DPF (Dist. Power Flow) application server, Proxy ServerGuiding and supporting team during System IntegrationsGood level of understanding on Windows and Linux serverFunctional Understanding of the Power Transmission and DistributionCustomer interactions and working in multi-vendor environmentKnowledge on Agile Project Management MethodologyRESPONSIBILITY:Support solution scaling for additional networkEnsure the deployment of infrastructure components are in compliance with company objectives, National and local standards and follow industryArrange inventory & database management for the deployment activitiesArrange end to end solution for the deployment of the product from planning & engineering functionsIssue & coordinate work orders to operations fulfilment, assurance and to field operations organization to perform some of the deployment activities, but still remains the total responsible for the deploymentSecuring a smooth hand-over of the solution/resource to OperationsEnsuring the correct and efficient deployment of the network solution/resource, validating the deployment procedures and projects, and ensuring its adequacy to the customers particularities.
