Solicitor Wanted

Our Ultimo office is looking to employ a solicitor to undertake primarily in-house commercial and retail leasing matters, as well as some conveyancing and general practice matters for associated entities.
The duties of the role will include assisting with:
Preparation of commercial, retail and residential leases and associated documentation.Preparation of various property-related deeds, such as Deeds of Surrender of Lease, Assignment of Lease, and Variation of Lease.Obtaining mortgagee consent on transaction documents and registration on title of leases, lease transfers, variations of lease, surrenders of lease, and the like via the online PEXA platform.Assisting with various miscellaneous legal and conveyancing matters such as sales/purchases, development approval, and environmental planning law matters.Assisting in the preparation of other legal correspondence, documents, and instruments.The role would suit a solicitor seeking to obtain further legal experience in a dynamic family working environment.
A solicitor with at least 1 year of legal experience would be suited to this role.
Further training and development would also be provided to a suitable applicant.
