Enrolled Nurse

An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Community Team.
Your role is to provide support, education, and resources to consumers who still live in their own homes or visit our day centres.
You will support our consumers to make informed decisions and have choice and control over the services and support they receive, ensuring the services delivered are safe, effective, and meet their needs.
You will require experience in assessing and coordinating care and support services for consumers accessing:
Commonwealth Home Support Services and/orHome Care PackagesThis is a maximum term contract until December 2025, Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
