Solutions Consultant (Sydney, Hybrid) Job Summary: GTreasury has a vision to create the next-generation of technology tools for the global, corporate financial office.
We are an established market leader in the SaaS treasury management space and are expanding globally through a combination of cash management, connectivity, and financial risk management.
GTreasury is currently looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing Solutions Delivery team.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will sit in Sydney and be responsible for the overall design and analysis of customer requirements for a Treasury management system, and for implementing the functionality that meets these requirements on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate for the Solutions Consultant role will be able to leverage prior experience in treasury, finance, relationship banking or Fintech related roles and apply an understanding of our enterprise level customers complex financial needs to implement an appropriate solution.
Responsibilities: Lead discovery sessions with clients on their business/technical requirements/processServe clients across ANZ, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong (max 25% travel to be expected)Gather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementationArticulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goalsAct as an SME for financial instruments and risk, and train both clients and internal parties on the module and on market best practicesParticipate in building and implementation of the solutionHelp support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementationEnsure implementation proceeds on-specification and budgetEnsure client expectations are met/exceeded in terms of product setup and services deliveredTier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instrumentsProvide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channelsKnowledge & Previous Experience: Proven experience in Treasury, Finance, Relationship Banking, or Fintech related role requiredProven track record in project management and implementations – either on behalf of clients or as a business userPrevious experience/exposure to SaaS either with a software provider or consulting/implementation partnerExperience serving clients in Singapore, Southeast Asia and/or Hong KongFluency or excellent level of English.
