Position: Permanent IT Security Architecture & Engineering Specialist This is a highly influential Enterprise Cyber Security role, that will see you delivering tools and managing ecosystems, as you uplift Cyber Security Capability for the Org.
You will be looking at the overall Cyber Security for applications, infrastructure, Wi-Fi, Storage, IDAM etc.
You will have: 50% responsibility for (Cloud Infrastructure) Security Architecture 50% responsibility for Cloud Security / Infrastructure Engineering This is a highly technical Cyber Security Architecture & Engineering role that requires hands-on knowledge of: Cloud / Infrastructure (70%) Application Security (30%) This will require someone that has come from a Technology Engineering background that is now a Security Architect.
You will need a minimum of 7-10 years' relevant experience in similar roles.
You will require strong experience with: Network toolkits In-depth AWS experience AWS Security Services Knowledge of Servers and the ability to configure servers End-to-end architecture of Security You will require an Infrastructure background, but with security level applications knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience Required: Australian Citizen (Essential) to gain Security Clearances 7-10 years + Infrastructure / Cloud Network Architecture & Engineering Exp Strong Infrastructure Engineering background Strong Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Experience Highly Experienced in AWS Security Services Hands-on Architecture & Engineering capability in Cloud Infrastructure Security & Application Security Deep technical knowledge of how Infrastructure & Applications work Strong experience with Network toolkits End-to-End Security architecture Experience O365 Admin background - Desirable Defence Projects Exp - Desirable Identity Management Experience - Preferred Excellent problem-solving ability and high attention to detail.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to a non-technical audience and engage with internal/external stakeholders confidently.
