Clinical Training Content Manager

About the role The Clinical Training Content Manager has subject matter knowledge and experience in learning design.
They liaise with subject matter experts, eLearning developers and videographers to develop the modules for CPA's clinician training program for babies and very young children at risk or diagnosed with CP (first 1000 days initiative) to ensure a high-quality training product.
This is a 12 month parental leave fixed term contract based at Allambie Heights.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to): Manage content development project plans, ensuring timely completion.
Collaborate with content developers to create engaging eLearning materials.
Coordinate the acquisition of videos, testimonials and case studies, ensuring proper consent and compliance.
Oversee production and review of content to ensure it meets quality standards.
Manage external authors, clinical experts, and e-learning partners.
Report regularly on project status to senior leadership.
About you: Experience in content development, project management, and eLearning.
Experienced therapist, ideally in cerebral palsy paediatric care.
Strong understanding of clinical training.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
