APAC Sales Group Manager, SMB and Midmarket

Responsibilities Strategic Thinking:
Develop 1-year sales strategy targeting Small & Medium sized businesses across APAC to drive revenue & customer acquisition.
Shape function-wide sales strategies by analyzing data and insights to identify trends, inform sales methodologies, and drive improvements to sales processes.
Leverage market trends and experimentation to deeply understand customers and proactively address their needs.
Demonstrate a strong bias for action and swiftly adapt to evolving business demands.
Coach, motivate, and lead a strong team of sales managers through a passion for people development and growth.
Anticipate potential changes and proactively prepare adaptive strategies.
Compelling Communications:
Incorporate industry trends and evolving business needs into competitive solutions.
Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders with clear, data-backed visions.
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with insights and overall business objectives.
Ensure activations resonate deeply with diverse global audiences.
Tech-Forward Thinking and Action:
Leverage advanced AI capabilities to drive strategic initiatives and promote collaboration between departments.
Integrate cutting-edge technology and data tools into sales processes.
Lead cross-functional collaborations to drive the effective use of analytics and sales tech capabilities.
Insightful Analysis and Experimentation:
Leverage key metrics to drive function-wide decisions impacting funnel performance.
Collaborate with data experts to uncover significant insights for business impact.
Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of bold experiments.
