An award winning consulting partner in Australia is hunting for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join the team.
In this ANZ-focused role you will lead projects from pre-sales through to implementation for mid-market customers.
Applicants will also act as strategic advisors to internal and external stakeholders and champion customer success.
You will have experience managing projects on the Salesforce platform, having delivered and led cross numerous Salesforce cloud projects, have a keen attention to detail, and be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

High-quality and on-time delivery of all projects and engagements Build and nurture relationships with customers on large-scale projects Work with the team to scope new opportunities, and plan for execution Provide expert-level consulting to understand challenges within the client environment and proactively build solutions Responsible for reviewing project execution and giving constructive feedback to team members to ensure project quality and success Spot risks with scope, schedule and budget, and make decisions as appropriate to gain resolution and a clear path forward with client alignment.

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce experience in a delivery or project management position Proven and rich experience leading large Salesforce programs end to end Proficient with Agile/Scrum methodologies Detail oriented Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, positive, customer oriented and flexible approach to interactions with customers in groups, face-to-face, in-person or via web conference.
