The role of a Transaction Manager involves providing high-level transaction management services across a portfolio of diverse transactions in relation to GLAS's role as a provider of agency, trustee, and finance administration services.

The business currently comprises approximately 300 employees who deliver a solution-based, innovative service, ensuring GLAS is the preferred global partner of choice.
GLAS has a blue-chip customer base developed over many years, with select clients including Apollo, Blackstone, CVC, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs.
We have been recognized as the premier independent provider of loan agency and bond trustee services, with a portfolio of over $300 billion in assets across our global platform.
Responsibilities
Be the primary contact on an allocated portfolio of transactions.
Establish and maintain key relationships with clients and other market participants.
Perform a high-level review of syndicated loan and security documentation from an operational perspective in conjunction with the internal legal team.
Coordinate and act as a liaison point between finance parties during the term of a transaction.
Ensure all conditions precedent have been confirmed by legal and lenders as required.
Monitor ongoing conditions subsequent.
Approve utilization requests prior to processing where conditions subsequent apply.
Coordinate efficient completion of GLAS's KYC processes.
Establish and maintain internal transaction databases.
Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements.
Coordinate waivers and amendments to existing documentation.
Manage and coordinate finance party accessions.
Organize the daily workload ensuring activities are performed within defined deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to cover all operational aspects of loan closing processes.
Work with the team manager to develop processes and procedures.
Escalate any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Person Specification
Solid knowledge and experience as a facility and security agent.
Loan documentation review experience.
Good understanding of funding mechanics.
Strong relationship management skills.
A can-do and resourceful attitude with a commitment to critical and flexible thinking.
Ability to ask the right questions and self-supervise.

Ability to work under pressure.
