Rapidly growing 120+ person Australian owned, multiple roles Attractive salary package, flexible working hours About the Role The Office Assistant role provides administrative support across the organisation, helping corporate, project, technical and marketing functions to run smoothly.

We are seeking a diligent, vibrant, and dependable person with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, pro-active, and enthusiastic with excellent organisation skills.
They will be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team, and enjoy interacting with people, capable of engaging effectively and empathetically with all staff and visitors.

As we are an Australian defence-focused company, you must be an Australian citizen to be considered for this role.

Essential Knowledge and Skills: 12 months+ administration experience in a similar role.
Processing and organising general correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
Administration of service documentation, filing and distribution to appropriate teams.
Coordination of appointments and meetings, including catering arrangements.
Receiving and actioning incoming calls and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
Managing and triaging client and staff inquiries.
Multi-tasking and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ordering and correspondence/parcel delivery handling.
Excellent English oral and written communications.
Maintaining the office - stationery and supermarket orders, organising post, cleaning the coffee machine etc.
Supplementary support to the broader organisation's administrative needs.
Contributing to the continual improvement of organisational methods, processes, procedures, and standards.
Participating in reviews of own work and collaborate in reviews of work with others.
MS Word, Outlook and Excel skills.
To be considered, candidates will have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Security Clearance Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and be eligible to hold and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
