We have the perfect role for you
Our Personal Injuries team is looking for a Legal Assistant to join us in our Darwin office on a full-time or part-time basis.
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide quality administrative and legal assistance to our Lawyer.
The successful candidate will be someone who is willing to grow and develop their skills in a busy role.
You will use your strong client service skills to support our clients and be in frequent contact with them.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and managing incoming calls Diary management File management Preparation of correspondence, court documents, and briefs of evidence Providing day-to-day administrative support If you are passionate about helping people when they are going through a hard time, then this is the role for you.
The experience we are looking for If you are an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you
Our firm is seeking someone with experience in either plaintiff or defendant law, preferably within a Personal Injuries practice group.
We value excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients.
Our team works in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, so strong organisational and time management skills are a must.
If you're a team player with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, we would love to hear from you.
