Nutrien Ag Solutions is one of the largest agribusinesses operating in Australia with a national network of more than 700 locations.We currently have a permanent opportunity for a self-motivated and analytically minded Accountant to join the Nutrien IT team.
The role is a combination of assistance with month end processing and day to day administrative responsibilities that will support transactions that facilitate the growth of the IT Department and Nutrien Ag Solutions.We are seeking an individual with strong hands-on financial analysis and modelling.
Key to your success will be a consultative approach to your work and an ability to work with all levels of management.Key responsibilities include:Effective administration of all elements of IT expenditure.Undertake deep dive opex and capex analysis and closing of month end in a timely manner.Effective management of the invoice process which includes but not limited to creating POs, PRs, and processing them in SAP.Support the Business with telecommunication and printing enquiries.Work with key stakeholders (both internal & external) to achieve the optimal outcome for the Business and IT function.Support the PMO and PMs.Complete adhoc tasks as required.The ideal candidate will have:Undergraduate degree in finance or related discipline with previous experience in a similar accounting role.Strong Excel skills; comfortable with modelling, data manipulation and visualisation.Experience in creating Purchase Orders.Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.A collaborative mindset and ability to work proactively as part of a team.Experience with SAP is highly desirable but not essential.Why work for us?A competitive remuneration package.An additional day of leave – Nutrien Day.A supportive, flexible, and engaging environment that will support personal/professional development.Opportunities to support community partnerships across our network.Ongoing training and development to pursue individual ambitions.A culture of learningApply todayMake a difference.
