Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunity: Work up to 2-3 days per week, with flexibility around days/hours.Collaborative Environment: Work alongside dedicated, experienced dentists and therapists in a practice that values teamwork and high standards of care.Patient-Centered Care: Provide a full range of oral health services, from prevention to treatment, to a loyal patient base that trusts you.Who We're Looking For
An Experienced Oral Health Therapist: Someone with a strong adult scope who enjoys working with both children and adults but mainly Adult demography.Tech-Savvy and Patient-Focused: You should be comfortable using social media to connect with patients and passionate about delivering personalized care that makes a positive impact.A Team Player: We value honesty, collaboration, and a strong drive for growth.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Oral Health Therapy and current AHPRA registration.Exceptional Clinical Skills: Ability to provide a full range of services within your scope of practice, with a focus on motivating patients to maintain their oral health.Strong Communication: High level of written and spoken English, with a focus on patient care and education.Desire for Growth: You're committed to both formal and informal professional development and have the ability to learn new procedures as needed.Highly Valued Traits
