The team values diversity and celebrates a culturally inclusive environment that leverages the unique perspectives and experiences of its workforce worldwide.As an Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing the organization's financial systems and processes.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position offering exposure to a dynamic retail environment with opportunities to make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities Analyze and document current financial processes and requirements.Facilitate discovery sessions with internal finance teams and third-party stakeholders.Configure and document solutions to support financial process automation.Collaborate closely with finance team members to align with the delivery roadmap.Demonstrate expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Banking, and Cash Management within a retail environment.Skills and Requirements2-3 years of proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.Solid understanding of finance project implementation and execution.Relevant finance degree or equivalent certifications.Ability to multitask across multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with Lean, Agile, and Waterfall project methodologies.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery focus.Experience managing vendors and third parties is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to design and measure accountabilities to align with business goals.Mandatory 5-day onsite work requirement.What's on OfferCareer progression opportunities in a global organization with international reach.Supportive, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture.Additional paid leave for your birthday.Generous product discounts.Access to free gym membership.Modern office facilities and a fully stocked kitchen.Regular social events and networking opportunities.Structured personal development and succession planning.Employee referral incentive program with rewards of up to $1,000 AUD.#J-18808-Ljbffr
