Job Title : HR Executive / HR Assistant Manager

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that HR policies align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques.
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics and compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results.
