Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Technology to lead our company's technological innovation and development.
This executive role involves overseeing the IT and development teams, managing the company's technology roadmap, and ensuring that technological resources align with the company's strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive technology-related decisions to support growth and success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's technology vision and strategy.Collaborate with the executive team to align technology initiatives with business goals.Drive innovation and leverage emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Lead and mentor a high-performing technology team, including software developers, engineers, and IT professionals.Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture within the team.Product Development & IT Infrastructure:Oversee the end-to-end product development process and IT infrastructure management.Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of technology solutions.Implement best practices in software development, system architecture, and agile methodologies.Establish and maintain technology standards, policies, and procedures.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards.Manage technology budgets and resource allocation effectively.Stakeholder Management:Communicate the company's technology vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.Partner with various departments (marketing, sales, operations, etc.)
to ensure smooth technology integration.Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.Experience:10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.Proven track record in leading and scaling technology teams.Experience in managing complex projects, product development, and IT infrastructure.Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and emerging tech trends.Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into technology strategies.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a forward-thinking mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
