Project Engineer | Lv Electrical | Contract

CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors.
We have been approached by one of our clients to source a Site-based Electrical Project Engineer to work on a 6-month contract basis as part of a major water infrastructure project.
The Project Team is well established, and this role will report into the Project Manager on site.
Responsibilities will include:
Procurement of equipment, material & subcontractsDay-to-day tracking of cost vs productivity for self-performed worksDeveloping method statements and risk assessmentsQuality assurance: development of lot structure, ITP's and compilation at completionThe role will be joining the project as it heads into a critical stage of construction, so the expected contract length will be 6 months with scope for extension.
We are looking to speak with driven young site engineers who have the following experience:
Electrical Engineering Degree3+ years site-based experiencePrior experience delivering water/wastewater projectsPrior experience managing subcontractorsExperience with HV and LV projectsFor more information, please call Rory on or email .
