Occupational Therapist - Principal Consultant Full-time State: ACT Job Status: Full Time IPAR is the leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services in Australia.

Due to business growth, we are looking for a Principal Consultant with Allied Health qualifications to build on our Occupational Therapist specific servicing.
You will manage a portfolio of customers providing return to work services and assessment services across a variety of schemes, including Workcover, Comcare, DVA and CTP Insurance industries.
As a Principal Consultant, you will have responsibility for supporting our Branch Manager with our customer network, as well as working together to improve our teams' knowledge and efficiency.
At IPAR, our Principal Consultants are considered key members of our leadership team and are actively involved in continuous improvement and strategic projects.
Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
You will have the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes.
Your personable approach will assist in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong relationships with key customers.
This role can be full time or part time - we are flexible
Pre-requisites:
Allied Health Qualification in Occupational Therapy and Professional Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
A minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities whilst maintaining an active caseload.
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality and Service Delivery KPI's.
Contribution to the development of others.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team culture and growth.
Recognised as a 'go to' person internally and externally.
The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers.
Current driver's licence and car.
