Warehouse Picker

Our team is looking for a warehouse dispatcher.
You will be responsible for ensuring all completed products are picked and sorted into appropriate bays for collection by one of our Installers that will come and load up at various times of the week.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Pick all finished goods ready for dispatch on load day and place onto fitter trolliesEnsure all returns are picked and complete.
Report on any items missing or delayedCollect parts and accessories from parts room and complete associated paperworkCheck all orders are of a high standard and are free from damageEnsure you have provided answers for any overdue ordersEnsure notes are accurate when obtaining answers from factoryLiaise with administration team members with regard to overdue order or change to ordersAssist internal drivers in loading the deliveries as requiredUse internal database to look up stockABOUT YOU To secure this role, you will be:
High energy and a willingness to workA pro-active self-starterSuperior written and oral communicationOutstanding customer service and relationship building skillsWell organised with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesBasic computer skillsImpeccable attention to detail and accuracyPunctual and reliablePhysically fit and able to cope with manual labourInitially, the successful candidate will join the team as a casual employee, with a permanent position available for the right person after 6 months.
The successful candidate will be working from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm in our modern manufacturing factory based in Yennora.
We have an onsite cafeteria and parking available.
