Growth And Engagement Manager

Flexible - 4 or 5 days Office in South Yarra Family Office This is an exciting and unique opportunity within a family office where you will be driving and supporting a number of key initiatives such as education, career development, wellness, and engagement across the different generations.
You will be ensuring that family members are empowered to achieve their personal and professional aspirations while fostering connections and well-being.
This role requires a strategic yet empathetic approach to education, wellness facilitation, and family dynamics, ensuring all activities align with the family's values and goals.
Key areas of focus: Education and Career Development: Provide practical support and facilitate access to resources that support educational opportunities, career pathways, wealth creation and personal development.
Wellbeing: Identifying and implementing relevant wellbeing initiatives that promote physical, mental, social and emotional health for the family.
Whilst ensuring that activities, services are both relevant and engaging.
Foundation: Co-ordinate and execute the family office's philanthropic initiatives.
Develop, implement, and monitor foundation strategies, ensuring alignment with the family's values and goals.
To be considered you must demonstrate: Tertiary qualifications in social sciences, business administration, or a related field; or lesser formal qualification with substantial relevant experience.
Demonstrated project management experience in a philanthropic, well-being, or people and culture environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with a foundation policies, strategies, and practices.
Demonstrated experience in engagement, consultation and collaboration High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Resourceful and proactive Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite A passion for philanthropy and commitment to the foundation's mission and values Strategic thinker with an empathetic and approachable demeanour.
Understanding of the current changes that the youth of today face.
