We're seeking an experienced Telecommunications Civil Team Lead to join our team on a FIFO basis.
Job Summary : We're looking for an experienced and skilled Telecommunications Civil Team Lead to oversee our civil construction teams on remote FIFO projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of civil engineers and technicians on telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of civil labourers and contractors on FIFO projectsPlan, coordinate and supervise civil construction activitiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesManage project timelines, budgets and resourcesCollaborate with project managers and stakeholdersConduct site inspections and auditsImplement quality control measuresDevelop and maintain client relationshipsRequirements : 5+ years of experience in telecommunications civil constructionProven leadership and management experienceStrong understanding of telecommunications infrastructureKnowledge of Australian standards and regulationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsRelevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Civil Construction, Diploma of Project Management)Ability to work in remote locations on a FIFO basisValid Australian driver's licenseDesirable Qualifications : Experience with fiber optic cable installationKnowledge of NBN, Telstra or other telecommunications networksCertification in Workplace Health and SafetyWhat We Offer : Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on high-profile projectsProfessional development and growth opportunitiesCollaborative and dynamic work environmentFIFO benefits, including :2 weeks on, 1 week off rosterFlights and accommodation providedMeal allowance and other benefitsHow to Apply : If you're a motivated and experienced civil leader looking for a new challenge, please submit your resume and cover letter to nxsolutions.com.au.
