Property Network of Australia is seeking a Retail Administration Manager to take on a Brisbane-based role working for a major national retail landlord.
As Admin Manager, you'll be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day duties & responsibilities of a popular Brisbane-based retail centre, with the role reporting directly to the Assistant Centre Manager and Centre Manager.
The position is offering a total remuneration package of $70K + Super.
Below are the main duties & responsibilities of the role, along with the required experience to be successful.
Duties & Responsibilities:Collection of all tenancy rental charges by the due date.On collection of tenants' rental payments, receipt into MRI and issue a Trust Account receipt DAILY.Check and bill tenants the monthly electricity invoices for the monthly issue of Tax Invoices.Check and issue monthly rental, outgoings, electricity, and additional charges on monthly Tax Invoices.Maintain Tenant Bank Guarantee Register & Security Deposit Register.Completion of arrears reports.Complete financial sections of the monthly report.Update MRI lease files, rent reviews and general maintenance of property management system.Complete CPI and Fixed Rent reviews.Chase tenant arrears through letters and phone calls, regularly printing arrears reports.Assist the Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager in chasing up all outstanding Lease documentation, including liaising with both the Owner's solicitor and the tenant's solicitors.Undertake all required typing/filing as instructed by the Centre Manager/ Assistant Centre Manager.Required Experience:Strong administrative & organisational skillsShopping centre experience (preferred)MS Office Suite savvyMRI experience (desired) #J-18808-Ljbffr
