Digital Content Specialist

- Take charge of the strategy and execution of the Website uplift using a headless CMS - Specialised, technical support team ensuring you're focusing on what matters In this role, you'll drive the digital content strategy across the website and online platforms, crafting engaging digital experiences that align with our client's brand.

Key Responsibilities: Lead digital content strategy to enhance user experiences across digital platforms.
Implement and maintain the organisation's visual brand identity across website and online platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce and publish digital content.
Conduct routine audits and ensure content is accurate, engaging, and meets stakeholder expectations.
Provide expert advice on digital best practices, developing policies and procedures as needed.
Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement in digital engagement.
Oversee the development of new digital functionality in collaboration with technology teams.

About You: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
5+ years of industry experience, with a technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script, and CMS platforms.
In-depth coding experience is not required.
Proven experience in SEO, WCAG, Google Analytics, and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
A creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving digital-first solutions.
