Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, your primary objective will be to provide professional and timely collections on accounts daily.
Being a highly motivated self-starting individual, you will enjoy working within a team, and have the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Finance and Accounting Operations Team of ABB Australia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
High Volume collections and follow up of accountsNegotiating payments for outstanding accountsCoordination of dispute resolution with both internal and external customersHandling daily queries with both internal and external customersPerform reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completenessBuild effective relationships with both internal and external customersQualifications for the roleMinimum of 3 years of experience in collections within high volume accounts environmentYou are proactive and self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a teamAbility to listen, understand and deliver on business requirementsYou are organized and detail oriented and has the ability to prioritize and handle multiple demandsExcellent numerical skillsYou are driven, energetic and collaborative team playerComputer skills: MS Office package, SAP would be favourably regardedExcellent communications skills both verbal and writtenMore about usABB (www.abb.com) is a leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility and industry customers to improve their performance while lowering environmental impact.
