Our mission is to deliver on the promise of precision medicine through targeted radiation.At our core, we exist to create products that seek to improve the quality of life for people living with cancer and rare diseases.You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Commercial, Clinical and Development teams to manage financial performance reporting, budget preparation, and activity forecast.Ensure effective R&D project cost management to plan.Achieve effective financial planning and assessment of anticipated costs and outlays.Manage key reporting and tracking of the investment in the product portfolio.Support cyclical financial, accounting, and corporate reporting for R&D projects.Prepare and plan project budgets, forecast activity, and track R&D expenditure.Ensure effective reporting systems and tools are in place.Input and assist in preparing reporting and project reviews for Board and Executive review.Partner with key stakeholders to undertake financial review and assessment of project scenarios.Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and adherence to internal control policies.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce with post qualification professional accounting certification (CPA or CA) required.10+ years of experience in financial reporting to monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle requirements.Strong demonstrated career experience in a global public organization.Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology sectors will be highly regarded.Preferred Attributes:
Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Capabilities:
