We're looking for an energetic and proactive SALES ASSOCIATE with no real estate experience but an AMAZING personality and HUGE energy and desire to succeed. Working beside one of our leading agents, you will be providing first-class support and be the type of person who enjoys being busy and achieving goals.This position is the perfect role for a motivated, loyal person with exceptional presentation and strong attention to detail, who prioritises customer service.Applicants who are looking for a great foundation to launch their own sales career OR someone who loves working to support an already successful real estate professional are encouraged to apply. You will be working within a hybrid capacity of remote (from home) operations and also have access to our beautiful new office and be supported by a close-knit team with a great culture.Duties will include:Providing first-class service standards and regular communication to our buyers and sellersAssisting with inspections and open homesPreparation of all marketing and prospecting materialsBuyer follow-upContract administrationDiary managementAttending building inspections and bank valuationsAttending sales training, sales meetings, and company eventsAdministration duties, data entry, and database managementAssistance with property appraisalsAssisting with Saturday open homes each week (with a mid-week rostered day off)The successful person will have:Be willing and able to obtain a VIC real estate certificate (an essential requirement for employment).A driver's licence and reliable car, essentialThe highest level of personal presentationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organisational skillsA friendly and very helpful personalityA strong ability to prioritise and problem-solveA loyal and hardworking natureA desire to be mentored by an industry-leading agent who will assist you with your career goalsWe are offering an attractive salary package to the right person, so if this sounds like YOU, we would love to hear from you
