Better Than Reality (BTR) is the worlds most comprehensive VR Training Software for Mining.
We are obsessed with bridging the skills gap in mobile plant maintenance through training innovation.
BTR is founded by Blue Tongue who are leaders in the area of maintenance skills employment and training.
We are looking for a market savvy person to be a be a pioneer in the world of VR-powered training for industry.
Collaborate with a team of experts who are passionate, skilled, and always pushing the boundaries of innovation.
Work in a dynamic environment where your creativity and sense of achievement is given room to flourish.
The role includes content creation, direct marketing projects, video production and advertising.
We are looking for a hands on person that can help execute on ideas.
You will be supported by a desk-top publishing and marketing coordinator.
You will also have access to the Managing Director and Founder at all times.
You will be deeply entrenched in sales meetings and the business.
Savvy with AI, digital tech and also willing to engage with all types of stakeholders is crucial for success.
There will also be some involvement with our Blue Tongue Skills business.
You must have sales experience, or client services experience.
A marketing degree is highly regarded but not essential.
Your ability to grasp business focused outcomes is something we are looking for.
Salary is negotiable.
Starting at $130K p.a with a lot of scope for bonuses.
