The Role: Branch Manager – Pakenham We are seeking a Branch Manager who embodies strategic vision and operational expertise to lead our Pakenham branch towards new heights of success.
As this role is central to implementing our strategic vision, you will be required to be on site daily for early morning starts in branch at 5:30am.
You will work in tandem with Branch Supervisors and the State Operations Manager to enhance operational excellence and redefine industry standards.
Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation, fostering a positive and productive workplace, and building enduring relationships with our staff, customers, and stakeholders.
Your Impact: Execution of strategic plans to ensure the business delivers meets KPI's and operates within the national frameworkEnsure day to day business activities are running effectively and liaison with internal departments including Branches, Sales, HR, Compliance to drive business performance, efficiencies and continuous improvementEstablish operating disciplines, data led decisions and lead a positive workplace cultureProvide technical, logistical and operational support to your stakeholdersReview data, in particular branch key performance indicators and develop solutions and strategies to drive performanceAnalyse and forecast trends in residential construction industryWorkforce planning and infrastructure in line with growth plansEmpower and motivate the team to achieve a shared sense of vision and promotion of Buildsafe Core Values retention and people growthCoach and manage your teamWe're Looking For: We're in search of a leader who not only brings daily operational expertise and sharp business acumen to the table but also thrives in environments that require management of warehoused products and comprehensive service fleets.
While familiarity with the construction supply chain is an asset, it's your deep-seated understanding of business metrics, financial analysis, and the unique intricacies of coordinating warehousing operations and a fleet of service trucks for construction sites that truly sets you apart.
