TOMRA is also committed to building on the perspectives, experience, knowledge and skills that this diversity brings to our organisation.Job DescriptionMaintain, service and repair TOMRA's pioneering Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) installations and bulk processing equipment within the Perth Metropolitan area to ensure maximum uptime & customer satisfaction.This role will focus on conveyors, sensors, motors, mobile comms and other equipment.
Driving between locations is a large part of the role & so a clean driving record & love for being on the road is paramount.
This is a highly autonomous position that would suit someone who enjoys working individually.What you'll be doing :Servicing and maintaining installed equipmentReporting on service assignments and faultsInstalling kiosks and bulk processing equipment at new sitesProviding excellent customer service to our partners and members of the publicAnalysing areas of potential improvement of products and reporting to local service teamUndertaking cleaning of equipmentQualificationsCertificate III level qualification in a trade (Electrical or Mechanical) OR proven experience that relates directly to the work carried out.Previous experience interacting face to face with customers on siteVery strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, especially in relation to mechanical, electrical and electronic equipmentExperience in troubleshooting electronic equipment and be able to replace circuit boards, sensors and other electronic componentsUnrestricted driver's license and willing to submit a full driving history recordAbility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekendsDoes this sound like you?
