You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological.Duties of the role include:Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants.Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.Working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs.Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical skills.Delivering our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery.You'll be a driven professional with the following qualifications:Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology with registration with ESSA and SIRA Accreditation.Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded.Excellent communication skills.Compassion and empathy.Well-developed time management skills.A current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.Our core values are at the heart of our work:We act with integrity.People work together.We take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.Quality & Innovation is at the forefront.We embrace sustainability.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming people from diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities, from the LGBTQI community, veterans, carers, and Indigenous Australians.We are happy to adjust our recruitment process to support accessibility needs.
