Here's a snapshot of your day:Assist Agency Director with marketing campaigns for their listing portfolio, including maintenance of current campaigns and setting up new campaigns.Create media schedules in partnership with media agency, marketing timelines and budget in liaison with Agency director.Responsible for on time delivery of marketing collateral such as floorplans, copywriting, brochures, photography, videography, signage.Responsible for roll out of media campaigns such as online advertisements on property portals; social media ads; digital display banners; print ads.Manage, create and send all eDM communications using CBRE's automation platform Eloqua.Set up new projects in CBRE's CRM (Salesforce) including lead assignment.Weekly vendor reporting on marketing and sales activity in liaison with director & review campaigns based on enquiry and sales results.Attend vendor meetings as requested, on site or in the office.Ensure CBRE website is up to date with Agency listings and projects.Manage content of online listings such as price point, open times, copywriting.Responsible for management of CBRE social media accounts in liaison with marketing team.Here are some of the strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful:Relevant marketing qualifications and/or experience is essential.Experience in the residential real estate industry, public relations and/or event management beneficial.Sound organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.So, what's in it for you?Structured career development to support you and explore your learning potential and career goals.Parental leave which is industry leading, kids school holiday program.Wellbeing programme with discounted health insurance, salary sacrifice options, novated leasing, and a range of benefits from our corporate partners.You'll form an integral part of an enormously successful team who outperform in the market year on year.Can we inspire you to join us?At CBRE, our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion begins with you.
