We are seeking a like-minded individual who can complement and expand our aspirations.About You:We are seeking an experienced, and passionate Associate or Senior Landscape Architect to lead and contribute to a selection of unique projects in our Sydney studio. We are looking for motivated, creative, collaborative designers; individuals who are excellent communicators in their design and people leadership.At the Associate level: You will play a key role at ASPECT, not only confidently managing projects to deliver innovative and fresh design outcomes, but also leading teams and shaping a lasting culture within our studio.You will hit the ground running with a minimum of 8+ years' experience in aligned roles, and the demonstrated ability to:Manage projects of a range of scales, from concept design and master planning to contract documentation and administration,Assist with development of submissions and proposals, and contribute to project design strategy,Supervise junior staff to ensure design quality, and delegate responsibilities as they grow their skills,Prepare high quality documentation and confidently present to external client groups, andAssist with the sourcing of new clients and prominent challenging projects for the studio.We also welcome applications from Senior Landscape Architects:As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will have recent exposure to supervising a project team, be confident presenting in a variety of formal and informal settings and managing client relationships on the behalf of the Studio.You will have:A minimum of 5+ years' experienceDemonstrated expertise in design and documentation at all stages from concept through construction, andHigh levels of commercial awareness including contractual responsibilities and knowledge of Australian building and planning regulations.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high proficiency in a range of 2D and 3D computer-based programs (Revit preferred), and degree qualification in landscape architecture, urban design, architecture or other aligned fields.ASPECT Benefits:Our workplace culture is extremely supportive, creative and driven, so you can rest assured that your workmates will have your back and will help you to succeed in the role.
