Polestar Australia - Fleet Coordinator (NG-24) Location: Artarmon, Australia

Our client Polestar Australia, Sweden's transformative luxury automotive brand, is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join their fleet management team in Sydney.
The Fleet Coordinator role will focus on and have responsibility for the provision of efficient fleet coordination services, support of the corporate sales process, coordination of order processing, provision of exceptional customer service, and accurate management of invoicing-related compliance documentation.
Suitably experienced candidates will be responsible for:
Qualifying and managing sales leads for automotive fleet services, capturing a thorough understanding of customer needs and maintaining the pipeline of prospective fleet customers in collaboration with the Fleet Manager.
Placing and managing orders utilizing Salesforce software, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and timely resolution of customer queries.
Onboarding new customers, setting up accounts in Salesforce, managing discounts and rebates, and drafting necessary agreements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Ensuring the timely compilation of after-sale documentation and maintaining excellent customer service standards throughout all processes.
Providing support for fleet customer inquiries, tender requests, pre- and post-order inquiries, and deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of escalations.
Creating fleet invoices, managing invoice change requests, and handling all documentation related to fleet transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes.
Maintaining the company fleet register, ensuring vehicle information is up-to-date and compliant, and compiling fleet data for performance reporting.
Managing the internal fleet, including resolving toll and fine infringements and ensuring evaluation vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
Assisting with organizing and executing drive day events and supporting processes related to bulk fleet deals, ensuring smooth operations across departments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in vehicle fleet management.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Superb communication skills and customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word (Salesforce an advantage).
