We are currently seeking a Senior Cost Controller to join our team in Perth, Western Australia on a full-time permanent basis.
About The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Cost Control, you will be responsible for the management and reporting of all costs and revenues associated with your allocated project/s.
Analysing financial data, tracking project costs and creating client and management reports to ensure the budgets are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
Your responsibilities will include: Setting up the project budget/forecastsEstimating the impact of changes and modifications on the cost of projectProviding project support by monitoring and reporting on cost, project progress, invoicing, change control and variationsLiaising with the discipline leads, procurement, construction and project management teamsConducting analysis on risks and opportunitiesPreparing monthly invoices to the client and following up worksAssisting procurement on invoices from Subcontractors/SuppliersPerforming economical analysis, forecasts, deviations reports etc.Updating cash forecastResponsible for the Monthly Project Cost Report and Project Management reportSome specific tasks will include manpower forecasting, construction/procurement forecasting, budget transfer and variation order register, budget variance formalisation, cost sensitivities analysis and cash flow About You:
