You will be joining a strong team culture with a supportive environment where personal and professional growth is valued and your contributions towards our success recognised.Reporting to the Asphalt & Recycling Area Manager and working closely with the production team to ensure the safe, accurate and reliable testing of product whilst providing training and technical supervision of laboratory staff.In your new role, you will: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers whilst still providing professional technical supportOptimise mix costs whilst maintaining product performanceCo-ordinate the review and purchase of planned or urgent resourcesMeasure and review the efficiency and effectiveness of allocation, training, audit and assessment, NATA compliance, special testing and trial mix activitiesSolve complex problems and develop practical solutions and address product performance concerns within agreed time constraintsDrive technical improvements to business products and processes as well as customer outcomesMonitor raw material and finished product performanceDevelop, monitor and review inspection and test plansThis role is a great fit for you, if: You have a successful track record with at least 5 years' experience within a lab or within the technical field with high attention to detail and outstanding communication and engagement skillsYou have a positive and influential presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersYou have a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great resultsWhat we offer: You will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package, company vehicle, phone, laptopBe part of highly recognised global brand name and growing organisationOngoing career and development opportunitiesOur BenefitsWe understand that your well-being and professional growth are essential.
