Events Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator Join Our Team as an Event Sales & Guest Experience Coordinator Location: Hybrid (1 day per week at Head Office)

As our Event Sales & Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll be the creative mastermind behind unforgettable events, from cozy gatherings to larger celebrations—all while helping build lasting relationships with clients.
You are a highly creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for transforming ideas into reality.
Your ability to think outside the box and envision unique event concepts will be key to crafting memorable experiences for our clients.
Whether it's a brunch gathering or an extravagant celebration, you'll use your creativity to ensure every detail aligns with the client's vision while reflecting The Pancake Parlour's fun, vibrant brand.
With exceptional communication skills, you'll bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams, acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire event process.
You'll work closely with our chefs, restaurant management, service team, and marketing department to ensure everyone is on the same page and working towards a common goal: creating a seamless, unforgettable event.
Additionally, your proactive approach to post-event follow-up will ensure our clients leave with a smile.
You'll gather valuable feedback, addressing any concerns and taking the opportunity to improve our services.
With a mix of networking, sales, and event planning, you'll have the chance to earn commission based on your sales performance, so your hard work will directly translate into rewards.
What You'll Be Doing: Sales Superhero: Put your sales skills to work by identifying new clients, building relationships, and exceeding targets. Event Planning Extraordinaire: Bring clients' visions to life by designing unique and memorable events.
From picking the perfect theme to collaborating with our chefs on custom menus, you'll be involved in every step. Client Whisperer: You'll be the go-to person for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and creative solutions. Logistical Genius: Coordinate all the behind-the-scenes details, from staffing to scheduling, to make sure each event is a flawless success. Marketing Dynamo: Work closely with the marketing team to create buzz-worthy materials and fun campaigns that showcase the best of what we do. Guest Experience Guru: Go above and beyond to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience—whether it's during or after their event. Team Player: Collaborate with our restaurant teams, chefs, and staff to deliver seamless events that reflect the heart and soul of The Pancake Parlour. What We're Looking For: A sales-savvy individual with a knack for building relationships and hitting targets. A creative who loves brainstorming unique event ideas that wow clients. Someone with superb communication skills—you're a natural when it comes to talking to people and understanding their needs.
