Latitude Financial Services | Broker Specialist | Australia

This is a unique role designed to work in partnership with our Broker Relationship Managers, Credit and Funding teams.
Managing, educating, and engaging with a portfolio of Mortgage and Finance Brokers to deliver an exceptional experience for Latitude's Brokers and end customers.
Using your strong relationship-building skills, you will activate and engage Latitude's pool of Brokers by building awareness of the Latitude products and services and providing support through the entire life cycle from onboarding and training through to quote and loan application process, scenario assistance, and credit policy.
You will also be involved with the accreditation, training, and onboarding of new brokers to Latitude, compliance checks, and interaction with aggregator accreditation.
You will be a key partner with both internal and external stakeholders, exploring growth opportunities and seeking solutions to deliver great business outcomes and an exceptional service proposition.
Who we need.
We are a small team, so it is "all hands-on deck." You should be flexible, able to take direction, and willing to pitch in to get the job done.
Finance industry and/or Broker Experience is preferred; however, experience in the Broker Industry/Relationships would be an advantage.
Some key attributes we are looking for are:
Well-organized and disciplined to work autonomously.
Possess the ability to understand relative laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to lending.
Experience managing workflows and tasks that require multiple touchpoints.
Practice building customer and B2B relationships, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Be enthusiastic and passionate about connecting with internal and external customers, our Latitude peers, and business partners, and constantly put their needs first – Customer Obsessed.
