What you'll be doing Reporting to the Global Head of Product Design you'll be involved in:
Own the evolving design system of patterns and components, ensuring accessibility, consistency and scalability across a suite of products.Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality product experiences.Collaborate with product leaders, engineering teams and senior stakeholders, capable of articulating design decisions, and navigating requirements.Build and manage a comprehensive library of tokens, components, templates, icons, and illustrations.Champion the reuse of design patterns and elements to streamline processes and maintain consistency.Research, design, and validate patterns for design systems.Who we're looking for At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. We are seeking an exceptional Sr UI Designer to join our Design team in a pivotal role within the broader Product team.

As a Sr UI Designer, you will lead the evolution of our global design system. This role involves shaping, building, documenting, and maintaining a flexible design system for enterprise-level applications. You will be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive library of UI components and patterns, ensuring consistency and usability across multiple products and user types.

7+ years' experience in designing & building large scale web software and ability to demonstrate instrumental roles played in design system establishment or evolution.Deep understanding of Design Systems: experience in building, maintaining, and evolving reusable components and patterns.Familiarity with Design Tokens: knowledge of how to use design tokens to implement design systems at scale.Figma mastery: proficient in component and pattern design, including the documentation of production files.Collaboration with developers: work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design components.Accessibility knowledge (A11y): ensure designs meet WCAG standards for accessibility.Motion design principles: ability to integrate animations and transitions into the design system.Technical skills: strong focus on responsive UI design and Atomic Design across platforms and devices.What your impact and success looks like As a Sr UI Designer of the Reapit Design System, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
