Cater Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Ballarat. Job DescriptionGather' by Cater Care is delighted to be partnering with one of the region's most prestigious schools to provide high-quality food services to hungry students. Your leadership skills will be key to the success of this partnership and as such, we are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Site Manager on a permanent full-time basis.
What the role involves:
Management of all site contract-scoped catering servicesAdherence to compliance and administration requirements as requiredDemonstrable team management, development & leadershipFull financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labour and food costsAdherence to food & safety practicesDesired Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have:
Food Safety Certification (mandatory)Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)Management & customer service experience in a similar environmentExperience of the hospitality sector in education would be an advantageWhat we offer:
