Permanent role Sydney based with hybrid work arrangements CPS511 exposure Preferable & strong influencing skills How will I help?
You will join the Reward, Performance & Accountability (RPA) team as a Senior Manager reporting to the Group Head of Executive Reward, Governance & Equity.
As an individual contributor within the team, with strong influencing skills, you will have had exposure to CPS511 preferably including 3rd Party governance and remuneration requirements.
Flexing your regulatory, policy and governance skills, you will be driven by the opportunity to partner with business stakeholders as you shape and implement remuneration practices.
Day-to-day, you will oversees compliance with CPS511, including governance requirements for third parties and executive remuneration.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing high-quality papers to communicate strategy and decisions effectively to the board and other stakeholders.

What do I need?
You will demonstrate strong knowledge and practical experience with APRA's CPS511, including third-party governance and remuneration frameworks with a Financial Services or large Professional Services Consulting environment.
With demonstrable experience managing risks related to executive reward and governance structures, you will jump at the opportunity to combine this role with the ability to work with key Business Stakeholders, using excellent interpersonal skills to communicate complex governance issues clearly.
Strong written skills and the ability to present information with a high attention to details is essential, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in governance, executive compensation, or risk management roles within financial services.
Finally, you will be someone who can demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, seeking reward in the key role you are playing to implement and imbed industry first practices.
