What your day will look like…. As the Radiographer Team Leader, you'll engage with your team and patients, guiding the delivery of specialised CT services and fostering a culture of excellence in medical imaging.
You'll collaborate closely with fellow professionals to solve complex workflow challenges while ensuring that high standards of safety and quality are met.
A key part of your day will involve mentoring and training staff and students, sharing your advanced knowledge to elevate the team's capabilities.
You'll liaise with equipment suppliers, manage operational aspects of the CT unit, and contribute to exciting clinical research projects, all while maintaining a positive and dynamic work environment that aligns with Darling Downs Health values.
Your leadership will not only enhance patient outcomes but also inspire continuous improvement across the department.
