The role Reporting to the Program Director.
Your role will be responsible for leading a program/project management support team to manage all the dependencies and status reporting across the program including the plan, scope, budget, quality and risks of the program.
The successful person You will have demonstrated:
Demonstrated ability in one or more of the following areas: change management, project management, financial management, human resource planning or policy development.
Proven ability to provide effective leadership in: planning, developing, implementing and evaluating communications activity, ensuring all output is aligned to strategic priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a demonstrated ability to work in partnership and build influential and productive relationships across organizational and sector boundaries, particularly in a time of crisis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills , particularly in a communications and/or project management context, in a high-pressure environment.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills within a project environment, including the ability to effectively coach and mentor staff.
