Currently, we are seeking qualified Off The Road (OTR) Tyre Fitters or trainees for permanent positions in Melbourne. Looking to reconnect with family and friends, enjoy every weekend again, celebrate family occasions in person? We have options for a 4 day week or a 9 day fortnight or regular 5 day week The Benefits Flexible working options - 4/3, 4/3/5/2 or 5/2Enjoy long weekends - home every weekend for up to 3 daysCareer development within the global Bridgestone business5 days extra leave every year after 2 years of employmentAn extra 5 days leave as a one off at each 5 year employment milestoneHealth checks / free flu shotsProduct discounts on Bridgestone TyresAdditional benefits & staff discountsThe Role Diagnose and troubleshoot tyre / wheel / rim damage and wearDeliver service in accordance with industry best practiceSupport your Supervisor to provide a quality service to BMSA customersEnsure all work documentation is accurate, correct and signed offComply with BMSA and customer site policies and proceduresAbout You - Essential Qualified OTR Tyre Fitter (or willing to train)High Risk Forklift ticket (or willing to obtain)Strong commitment to safety of yourself and othersAble to work unsupervised and in a teamCurrent work rights in AustraliaAbout You - Preferred Trade qualifications and/or mechanical aptitudeExposure to the mining, ports, quarries or earth movingIf you don't meet all the requirements, contact us to explore training opportunities to become a fully qualified OTR Tyre Fitter.
