We are looking for someone like this to:
be responsible for a suite of controls, facilitating support aimed at capturing all risk events within the shortest time possible ensure T0 trade data integrity (completeness, accuracy and timeliness) become the face off to the Equities Trading desks and respective business managers and provide time critical on shore support in P&L, risk and balance sheet communicate with client/external brokers to ensure trades are captured accurately and resolve trade economics discrepancies engage with the business and local support functions on new business and change initiatives, to improve cost and operational efficiency Your team UBS Group Operations provides the infrastructure and capability for the Bank to execute its business, ensuring we deliver a premium service to our clients, improving productivity without compromising our reputation, regulatory requirements or internal control framework.
The Swaps trade support team sits within the Securities Middle Office and provides critical support to our growing Delta One Synthetic Equities trading desk.

Your expertise tertiary qualified (preferred) previous synthetic equity trade support/middle office experience in investment banking or with a buy-side firm (preferred) an understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in Australia an appetite to gain product knowledge including rollout and integration, accompanied with a strong process improvement mentality a proven risk assessment and management skill set, fostering a zero-tolerance policy for poor integrity and risk taking strong verbal and written communication skills About us UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
